I have a claimant who is the president of a Limited Liability Company registered in the USA. As far as I am aware a Limited Liability Company is the US equivalent of a Private Limited Company in the UK. Does this therefore mean we would assess her in the same way as UK based Ltd Company director (i.e. directors salary as earnings and interest in Company as capital), or is this only relevant to UK registered Ltd Companies?

Thanks in advance for any help.
