Wonder if anyone can help?

I am looking for a chronological list of significant changes to the Benefits Scheme, things like when LHA scheme started, when Pension Credits/ESA started, when major regulation changes occurred like full Maintenance disregards, etc, going back over the last 5 years or so.

Does anyone have such a document or know where I could find something similar?

– Redefinition of and reviews of BRMAs ( Spring 2009)
– Child Maintenance disregarded in full (April 2009)
– Child Benefit disregards (October 2009)
– Higher Capital Disregard of £10,000 for pensioners (November 2009)
– Review of impact of backdating restrictions (late 2009)
– New Permitted Earnings Disregard of up to £92 per week for those
receiving ESA, Incapacity Benefit or Severe Disability Allowance
(April 2010)
– New HB Subsidy model for Temporary Accommodation (April 2010)
– Removal of LHA excess, currently capped at £15, proposed from
– April 2010 but then delayed until after the election (April 2011)
