Does anyone have any case law they can direct me to for a living together case, they are a same sex couple. Can find lots of men and women, 🙁 but no women and women caselaw.

Don’t think it really matters. The same factors you look at for a man and a woman living together will be the same for same sex couples e.g. financial interdependence, emotional interdependence, sexual relationship, how they present themselves to the world etc.
