Has anybody else experienced difficulties, when conducting IUC’s with this document as completed by JCP staff.

No signature or declaration on the document, and before anybody says”you can get a copy of the declaration from DWP,” yes you can, it takes around 100 days!

Do any LA’s out there combat this problem by sending out some form of LA declaration to the customer, upon receiving an LAID.

I’d be interested to know what, if anything, other LA’s are doing in relation to this.

    Thanks

Merthyr Benefit Section include all CMS applications into the Review process and issue shortened review form to these in order to obtain a signature.

    Hi,

If authorities are doing this extra work on interventions, does it give you or identify any more changes in circs?

    Thank you

We often find that passported benefits give us reductions because DWP don’t verify anything any more (generally speaking) but our main reason for doing it is to get a signature for if and when we might need it later. I do not see how you can get a prosecution without a signature and the DWP have admitted that they haven’t had one yet
