    A quick question: –

    A claimant receives maintenance from the CSA which includes a set amount of arrears.

    How would this be taken into account?

    If working age rules apply: Unearned income, taken into account over the period it covers (HB Reg 79(7)), with a £15 p/w disregard (HB Regs, Sch 5 para 47(3)).

    If pensioner rules apply: Fully disregarded as income.

    Mark I read that, it would appear the assessor who calculated the claim which I am checking needs to look into it abit more!

    I was hoping that it had been assessed correctly, dreamer that I am!!!!!!!!
