Im currently in charge of a benefits telephone section. The team will be doing manual calculations over the phone advising of future entitlement. I understand that there are electronic versions out there of doing calcs but wondered if any one had a manual paper version to send me.

Doing a manual calc would help the staff understand app amounts/ premiums/disregards etc.
