We have a claimant who has sold her property to a Housing Association under the ‘mortgage rescue scheme’.

She has been given an Assured ‘shorthold’ tenancy indicated in brackets was(intermediate market rent)

Are we to assume these are our ‘usual’ Housing Association tenancies where we do not refer rent (unless we consider excessive)

The answer to your question is in short yes you are right, there is no need to refer to the rent officer
