    I’m not used to dealing with private rented accommodation (I don’t deal with private landlords) and would like to read up on the following decision

    R (laali) v Westminster CC HBRB {2002}

    so if anyone could forward me a copy, would be gratefully received, after all I will need to try and cobble something together……

    We are in the same boat we are an LHA site and are also struggling, we go on Thursday and would also love a copy of the case law.

    The reference given in Findlay is HLR 179. That is Housing Law Reports 2002 p179.

    The last time I needed to look in the Housing Law Reports I went to the LSE Law Library, paid £7 for a day ticket and 10p per sheet for photocopying.
