    I am trying to find a (fairly) recent thread which discussed when the month allowed for providing further information on a new claim starts. Some LAs are counting the month from when the claim is received, not when the request for further info was sent.

    It was a very good debate but I can’t track it down. I would be very grateful if anyone out there can point me to it.
