This may be a stupid question, but I am struggling to find any documentation to confirm the answer

Circular A2/08 confirmed that included in the key management information is ‘% of new claims decided within 14 days of receiving [u:f193e91e70]all [/u:f193e91e70]information’

Yet I have read somewhere (sorry cant remember) that this should only take into account the last information received from the claimant. Therefore, if the last piece of information has been received from a third party (ie proof of Income Support from the DWP), this later date will not be taken into consideration in calculating the number of new claims decided within 14 days

Any help in confirming the correct calculations would be much appreciated

Yes Jane, this indicator measures the % of new claims processed within 14 days of receiving the last piece of information you need to decide the claim.
