I wonder if i can ask for advice.
Like everyone else we are trying to make sure all standard letters/leaflets we use are updated, so that wherever the old regs are quoted, we have the reference changed to show the new equivalent regulation.
We have a letter which we send to new claimant where have had to estimate their earnings under (old) HB reg 22 para 2, and (old) CTB reg 14 para 2. The letter quotes these reference, and i want to replace them with the New ones.
I have done so for working age folks with no problem (Hb reg 29 para 2, and CTB reg 19 para2)- but i’m struggling to find the equivalent regulations in the pensioner ones which allow you to estimate earnings where less than the required number of payslips is available.
Can anyone point me in the right direction- or confirm whether or not there is actually a regulation covering this in the new Pensioner ones?
