    CIS down again?!

    I got this message yesterday from Makerfield Benefits Centre

    “CMS has been down all day today and was unavailable for much of yesterday. All contact centres are operating clerically so you can expect to see high numbers of clerical claim forms over the course of the next week.”

    Just got this from the DWP.

    “We are aware of problems with CIS at the moment.
    This is being urgently investigated and we will update you as soon as we know anything.
    There is no need for LAST 5s at the moment.”
