We have a claim where the claimant is waiting for a NINO for his new wife who is a Thai national.
He has said that she has applied for a NINO but does anyone have an idea as to how long we should be giving the claimant to provide this info as it is out of their hands as to how long the process take? Someone here has mentioned 13 weeks but they can’t find any reference to it any where.
