    non dep deductions back to 1993 – any idea where one can find the rates of deductions at the highest rate for ctb

    If you haven’t got a Sad Ken, sorry, oracle who keeps these sort of things the only thing I can think of is that they should be listed in a Statutory Instrument for each year.
