You’re right, of course. The Coaltion are considering a range of options which include:

The stamp being capped at the cost of 2nd class and increased annually at the rate of CPI.
The unemployed being expected to hand deliver their competition entry to the Take a Break office.

Penalties in the form of withdrawal of the free pencil will also be introduced in respect of any claimant who fails to complete and enter the requisite number of competitions.

True Brighton bingo story

An 18 year old local government carer trainee in her second week took an elderly resident out for the day; the latter wanted to go to the Bingo. The trainee bought one card for a bit of fun and had no idea what to do.

Yes you guessed it. The trainee promptly won the rollup jackpot when you had to get the full house on an exact nominated number …the chances of which are millions to one. No-one had won it in years.
