Every year we review the income on non-deps. However, where their circumstances do not affect the deduction, e.g. get a private pension, so we will always only take the minimum amount, there seems no point creating work for us/claimant. However, if we do not update the income our reports will indicate that we have not reviewed their income for several years. We are on Northgate and I was wondering what others do in these circumstances? Thanks.

What reports? Are these ones you’ve written yourself? If so, they can be modified to only include claims where “remunerative work = Y”

The reports are our own and we can separate the report into those that are working or not. My query is do people just leave those that are not working more than 16hrs and not bother asking for an update on their occ pensions as it makes no difference to the claim?
