    Is there a CD / Caselaw that provides ‘a reasonable’ length of time for someone to stay in a property before being classed as a non – dependent?

    I know that I have seen something similar before, but I can’t find it.

    Also, how long would others consider reasonable before saying that the property that someone is staying at is their main residence?
