Hello all.
As I can imagine a lot of LA’s are – we are struggling at the moment with old debt (anything older than current year).
The older the debt gets, the harder it seems to collect, which in turn means the amount of debt being carried forward is growing and growing.
Have any LA’s conducted a proactive exercise to try and collect old debt, if so would anyone be willing to share their ideas with me please?
