hi, has anyone out there got a copy of the “old” Housing Benefit Regs in a format i could “copy, paste etc” from -doing an appeal on a decison prior to “new regs” so need to put old regs in submission – please !!!!!! 😛 😛 😛 😛

Unfortunately, “old” could refer to any number of dates depending on the issue. Some more info would help….. 🙂

Old -as in prior to implementation of ‘new’ regs 06.03.2006 😆

What Kevin means is – how old? Depending on the area of the Regs that affects your case and the period spanned, it may be that the version in force immediately prior to March 06 is what you need (if so, it’s still up on the DWP Blue Volumes site: [url]http://www.dwp.gov.uk/advisers/docs/lawvols/bluevol/pdf/a8_2601.pdf[/url]).

But if you need something from an earlier era, like an old Reg 11 case, you would need to look somewhere else – it might be very easy or very hard to find the right version. Depends what you need.

But for a bog standard snapshot of the Regs as they were immediately prior to consolidation, follow the link above.

As a last resort, look in Findlay as its annotated with the dates and SI No’s of amending Regs.

Then go to http://www.opsi.gov.uk/stat.htm where you can find most if not all of the SI’s since 1987
