We are currently reviewing our recovery procedures and I would be interested to here of the success of any cases passed to Sheriff Officer (Scotland). In unsuccessful cases are there any other avenues that you use. i.e. are we able to raise sequestration action as guidance manuals mention sequestration, however, this appears to be if other creditors have raised this action.
