    Hi All,

    Can anyone out there give me any advice on whether or not we can recover overpaid HB from the excess amount of LHA a claimant receives?

    I’m trying to find it in the ‘ new ‘ Regs, as well as the ‘ old ‘ ones.

    We have an appeal in about this, as we have recovered some monies already. Could anyone give me the old and new regs please?
