    Hi,

    Is anyone willing to share their overpayment recovery procedures with me? I am particularly interested in procedures on:

    – Using the courts (e.g. sending the N322a forms, etc)
    – Recovering through the DWP and other LAs
    – Write-off policies
    – Recovery timetables

    Any help will be much appreciated. I’ve got training materials covering most HB subjects, which I am happy to share with anyone who can help.
