[i:cdfbdf4f51]We are currently receiving housing benefit overpayments which are calculated using the daily rate. Our rents are charged on a weekly basis and having read the legislation I am unsure if they are within there rights to do so.

I am aware that daily rates is being used for hostels/B&B’s.

Presumably this is due to the fact that we can now end an award on a change of address on the last day of occupation, regardless of which day of the week this is.
