    I’m a bit confused.

    I’m sure I read on the extrenal log that claimants do not have to tell us when their entitlement to Pension Credit ends. However, Q7 of Appendix C of the handbook states that there is still a requirement on the claimant to report Pension credit ending.

    Could someone put me straight on this. ❓

    Yes – than handbook is wrong. Definitely wrong. There is no requirement for the claimant to report changes to Pension Credit awards – unless it is the Pension Credit of a non-dependant.
