Does anyone have a view on the continued production and posting of decision letters if there is a prolonged national stike in the postal service.
HB Reg 90 says LA must notify in writing.
DMA Regs say decision should be ‘given or sent’.
We have considered trying to phone customers to advise of the change telling them the notice is on the way or using visiting officers, however this will only have very limited success.
