Our local Rent Service has asked if we will share knowledge of PV customers with them. This has started us thinking about our whole procedures for dealing with PV cases and I would be grateful for any advice or guidance on the following.
Does anyone have internal procedures for marking customers as PV and more importantly reviewing the PV they would be willing to share or point me in a direction where I can read up on what we should be doing
Does anyone provide their Rent Service with information of PV’s and if yes do they do it case by case on referrals or in a list and what do you do when you review your PV indicator.
Finally if you do share info do you give reasons why you have them classed as PV
