    Stupid question – maybe?

    If you knew when someone had gone into prison and you knew that their IS ent has ceased because of this – would you send them a query for proof on their income?

    This query has been sent in order to pay for the time when the claimant in question has been in while on remand. I do not think we need evidence but would appreciate any views.

    Don’t think they would have much opportunity to earn. 😉 8)

    Unless there were other sources of income that you wanted to check were still being paid to them.

    Nil income, but I always keep an eye open for hidden capital – especially in s.w.a.g. accounts……
