Hi, whilst waiting for a statement of reasons from TS for a case I have lost at appeal, do I put the claim into payment in the meantime, or wait for the SOR? And……..

The case concerned was notional capital and when the claim was being investigated, it came to light that the tenancy may not be all it was cracked up to be, but the overriding factor was that as the notional capital was considered to be over £16k, the tenancy wasnt looked at. Can this be looked at now, or should it have been included in the original decision to the customer? ie, is it a case now that because you have lost on one element you cannot then try another issue?? I seem to think it is this but am not 100% certain.

Many thanks for any advice. Therese
