Procedures for Quality Checks

    Our quality checking currently covers the 4% check, high-value payments and Stats 128. We are looking to expand on this, and effectively carry out checks in all areas of the benefits administration process, from gathering evidence, scanning & indexing to overpayment classification and recovery.

    If anybody has a quality team operating on this basis, I’d be very grateful if you could let me know if you have a rota for your checking routines – weekly, 4-weekly, monthly or whatever – and if you could let me have sight of it.

    I’d also be grateful if anybody could provide me with copies of procedures relating to quality checking, including the 4% and Stats 128 checks.
