As an Revenues Dept we are about to undergo a pilot scheme in respect of Business Process Engineering for our authority 🙁
Without us having to re-inventing the wheel can anyone help who has gone through this process help us by providing details of what you have done and how you mapped it.
The processes being examined are New Claims and Changes of Ciircumstances, both from first contact to end of administration process.
