    We have received approx 300 proformas that state IR have received a tax credit claim but it is not yet processed. I would be interested to know what other authorities are doing with these proformas. As i see it we have three options:
    1. ring the helpline to chase information (probably not a good idea!)
    2. contact the customer to ask them to provide their notification letters when received
    3. no action at all – the onus is on the customer to inform us of the award and in due course these will be picked up by HBMS

    Anyone else done anything with these ?



    We have decided to write to the claimants stating something along the lines that we have been advised that you have applied for wtc, please send us your notification of entitlement letters as soon as you receive them.
