Quality monitoring of visits

    Does anyone do any quality monitoring of intervention visits (or any other visits)?

    I need to put in place some sort of monitoring for this. I can ask the assessment officers to feed back to me on the quality of information brought back and whether it was sufficient to complete the assessment, but I also want to monitor the quality of the actual visit.

    I heard somewhere that some authorities have a questionnaire that they either leave with the customer at the end of the visit for them to complete and return, or they telephone the customer after the visit and ask a series of questions.

    Does anyone have anything like this that I could poach?

    We do a quality check on 5% of all visits, this covers correct completion of forms, standard of verification and that everything has bee recorded properly on both our DIPS and Assessmemt systems.

    We are also developing a customer questionnaire that will be posted out to a yet to be determined percentage of customers following a successful visit.
