Hi

I’m looking for a bit of help. I have developed training Material for our Assessors regarding The “Right Time/Right Benefit” indicators and “First Contact Date” to be used with the Northgate system. It applies to Interventions, HBMS and Diary events for predictable changes. I thought it was quite clear and concise but our Assessors appear to be having difficulty with it.

I wondered if anyone on Northgate could let me see anything that they developed for this area and I can compare it to what I developed – happy to let you see my guidance as well of course.

Any help would be much appreciated
