Morning guys
discussion in offices as to what format the info we use from CIS should documented. some of us are putting “post it” notes or ben memos on Images to say we have checked dwp cis system and other people are still writing out the old rat forms while others are printing off details of the award from dwp cis and sending them to be scanned.

We are still using the old RAT forms. Everyone knows how they work and they are helpfull when there is a test check.

We insert a screen print of CIS in to a word document.

We take relevant prints & send them to be scannedinto our DIP’s as with the previous RAT’s system
