I’m looking at an appeal submission that was submitted some months ago. Frankly the whole thing is not great and as the appeals officer has moved on I dont fancy getting torn apart by the chair. I’m happy that the original decision (it’s LTAHAW) was correct amd there was a wealth of evidence in support. We just dont seem to have included much of it. I am aware i can submit addition information, but i’d be happier to start all over again. Is this a possibility?, can’t get through to the TS at the minute.,

Personally I would submit an additional response covering the points not submitted with/in the first response along with the additional evidence you want to include . But to start again from scratch I doubt wherther you would be able to do this unless that is It is part heard with directions for the repondant to submit a further full response Hope this helps 🙂
