    Currently dealing with an appeal about an overpayment in excess of £95k.

    The claimant is a director of the company who the liability to pay rent is to and therefore disqualified under Reg 9(1)(e).

    Have gone through my old CPAG books (the ones that I still have) and it appears that this regulation was added after 1995/96.

    Does anyone know when this amendment was actually introduced?
