❓ A hypothetical question for you all.
If a person who previously lived in homeless accommodation is experiencing delays in the approval of an application for a social fund payment (normal exceptions do not apply here) and this results in the delay in occupying an L.A. property. If the LA were to consider imposing rent free periods to allow time for the fund to come through (ie. 4 weeks)would this be acceptable practice in HB law?
