Can anyone please confirm – as wkly rents are now calculated the same as non-wkly for occupation/moves/changes in rent etc., does this extend to the calc for rent-free weeks i.e. in all cases, AA/Inc/NDD’s calculated as daily x 365 / number of days rent charged over the year?
Or, does wkly x 52 / number of weeks rent paid still apply?
