We have a case where an PC run on is payable for the period 11.03.13 – 08.04.13. On 01.04.13 the rent has increased.

Do we amend the uun on to take account of the rent increase?

Is this the same for EP's as well?

    Thanks

Dont believe so. I think system just pays an extra 4 weeks at whatever it was on 11/3

Thanks Jan – I was looking at other posts and was pointed to HB60+ reg 54 (5) & (6) which states:

“Continuing Payments can be adjusted for rent increases or a change in applicable non-dep deductions. Other changes do not take effect until the first day of the benefit week after continuing payments end.”

    oh, ok. thats alright then.
With all the changes that are happening at the moment (and ministers still changing their minds on TV last night) its not surprising that old stuff keeps falling out of our brains. Not enough room to remember everything.
