Replacement Benefits system

    We have just received the go ahead to replace our in house systems with a new Revenues and Benefits system.

    We have been successful in getting funding from the DWP Performance Standards fund to fund 2/3rds of the replacement Benefits system – this means we have to have all systems go by this time next year. You will appreciate that the timescale is rather tight.

    Rather than re-invent the wheel, I would be grateful if anybody could send me outline IT specs (the ones on the DWP website are 3 years old) and/or a project plan.

    If anyone is currently involved in this process I would like to hear from you and draw on your good/bad experiences.

    I am willing to do a swap – if there is anything you need; procedures, training materials – let me know and I’ll see what I can do.
