Requirement to check by LA’s in outsourced operations

    This a new thread on a previous topic.
    I am currently tasked with the QA (10% of claims checked) in an LA where the Revs and Bens service has been outsourced. Would anyone in a similar arrangement have a checking procedure that they would be willing to share? the types of things I am looking for is:
    – How are quality checks reported back to the contractor – direct to assessor or through the team leader?
    – What statistics do you provide and is the contractor carrying out its own management checks to identify training issues and team statistics?
