Hi All,

I have 2 cases where the customer has requested we review a decision but have not met the one month deadline (but are within 13 months), they have not provided sufficent reasons in my opinion to allow us to extend the time limit. Does the customer have any right of appeal against my decision not to extend the time limit?

No, but they can still make a late appeal against the original decision.
