We currently produce manual rotas for our staff to cover our callcentre and our face-to-face service.
Although these work well in that they allow us to retain control and access to update the rotas to take into consideration working-patterns, four sites (for the face-to-face service), leave, sickness, lunch breaks etc they are very labour intensive to produce and maintain.
Does anyone have experience of using commercial scheduling/rota products in a similar environment?
