    This is the case in which the phrase “good cause” was defined. I’ve been trying to find it as I’d like to read it but I can’t locate it anywhere. Could anyone point me in the right direction please?

    The original quote is to be found in [b:0511a76a17]CS/371/1949[/b:0511a76a17]. But, as that is almost unobtainable, I don’t suppose that nugget of info helps one iota :).
