    Wondered if anyone else suffers from lack of resilience in this troublesome area. I am tired of pulling staff off essential back office duties to scan/index documents |(

    We index our own documents or else it won’t be done properly (except those that are pre – coded, like a visiting officer’s statement). Nobody in Benefits has had any training in how to use the scanner :bigsmile:
