Can anyone help please?
Im dealing with a claim where the customer is currently claiming JSA (cb) & has recently taken out a £15,000 business loan, which is in a business bank account, as he is about to become self employed.
Any ideas on how to treat this capital?

If the loan is purely for the use of the business it is disregarded.
