We are currently looking at creating a dedicated Team to deal with COCs because our Performance in this area a bit poor.
Before we do it, I would like to hear from any other LAs who have a set up like this and their experience of splitting the Assessors in this way.
Have you always worked like this?
Was it a change you implemented recently? If so, has it improved COC performance?
I would appreciate some success stories but am equally interested in hearing from anyone who tried this and felt that it didn’t work.
