    On this last scan we had some rollover CIC with a 2 in field 250 – on this basis the DWP will not ignore them in the analysis. did anybody else have this and if you did what are you doing? if you didnt you must have something set differently to us? any advice please

    They are probably passport cases. Northgate say passport cases are not counted as uprating. I quote
    “The DWP requirement for SHBE is that a change record is created for all claims that are mass calculated. Passported claims where there are no other changes should be reporting as a 2 as these claims have been mass calculated but have not been ‘uprated’.”
