When someone goes on sick leave part way through a month it is sometimes dificult to break the wage slip down so the correct details are used in the claim for the start of the sick period. This is where there is SSP, employers sick pay. Tax, NI etc. As a result sometimes the whole pay slip is used.
Does anyone have a sick pay proforma that they use (and would be willing to share) to send to the employer or any other tips for dealing with these cases?
