I know that this a long shot but has anyone now found a copy of
R v Oxford CC ex p Jack [1984] 17 HLR 419 that they could direct me to ?

I have been websearching but so far have had no success.

I have seen CH/4143/2007 which made me decide to seek out the whole text of R v Oxford City Council ex p Jack (1984).
